Umami for days!!! Super crazy mixture of ripe persimmon and smoked mushroom. Pinot/Gamay blend- going to take next time we have Peking Duck.

Burnt peanut carnival confection with black-cherry cola. Was super funky on release but has mellowed out nicely. #buybroc @Chris Brockway @Bridget Ann

Insanely close to many of the small batch natural gamay wines I had in France. Cherry fresh and so quaffable, could probably pair with anything.

I have got to believe this is the answer to village burgundy in California. This is just amazing and blind would likely guess burgundy. Beautiful funky nose of earth, Forrest, herbs, and some cherry. The taste explodes all these flavor a on the palate with a great lingering finish. One of the best pinots I've had in a long time, especially for the price.

I do want semi-hard, semi-pungent cheese and moderately salted cured meat. But not overly funky. Somewhat effervescent feeling. Not super special, but fun.

Fun new world blend, ripe red berries and some acid on the back palate.

The nose has an interesting mix of raspberry, peach cobbler and mushroom. The deep amber color is beautiful. Some funk on the first taste giving way to earthy floral notes. Excited to see how this opens up.
