I’ve been spoiled by a string of incredible Valdigue wines from Cruse Wine Co. I thought this Pet Nat was beggin for some tart, acidic, stemmy elements. It’s not on the same level of other Broc wines in this price range ($32).
Flat with creamy dill, grocery strawberries, and unsweet watermelon candy.

Feb 20th, 2019This is tart cherries and sweet strawberries with bubbles. Tasty. I think it combines Provence rose with Beaujolais (Morgon) with Loire pet nat. Worth seeking out to try if you’re in the Bay Area.
