Pale yellow, excellent clarity. Funk, white floral and lemon notes in nose. Stone fruit and citrus flavors with a citrus-lemon peel finish and a hint of cantaloupe. Citric crisp, just barely so, but rounded, slightly viscous mouthfeel, a good Chard for sipping with depth of fruit flavor and with great length. Slight skin astringency. After an hour, the lactic character emerges, possibly with a leesy creamy note.

Apr 24th, 2019I can count on one finger the domestic Chardonnays that have made me say, "Wow," out loud, on the first sip. This is drinking like an excellent Chablis, oily, hefty, and delicious.
