Needs 45 minutes to integrate. Acidic at first. Great yeastiness. Lovey richness but acidity keeps it fresh. Great with rich food like melted cheese. Long fresh finish.

Incrediblw fruit. Really delicious but well balanced and has some complexity. Nice sparkle on the palate. Great minerality. Still has years to go.

Really complex nose. A basket of aromas. Truly outstanding. Palate is super juicy. Great acid balance. Some green apple. Long long long finish. Really delicious wine to drink but also has some very nice complexity. Stunningly well made.

Finally. Been too long since I have enjoyed the glory that is this wine. Fragrant, minerally on the exceptionally well defined nose. Total class. Really nuanced and layered after some aeration. The palate is loaded with sweet red Pinot fruit that is sweet and finishes tart and tangy. Terrific acids intermingle with lovely biscuity freshness. Long and sappy. So elegant and yes, aristocratic as the bubbles and structure and so fine and finesse driven. So long. This will merit an even higher score once it opens more.

Update - higher score. More vinous on day 2 and even more complex.
