Gorgeously yeasty nose. White cherries and very refined and expressive. Some brioche as well. Palate is superb with loads of fruit skin, terrific acids and a long windy finish. Great salinity, sapidity and structure. Wonderful length. Will improve with air. Really pure, vinous and wonderful. Such great cut.

Nose has cold brioche, cold green apple slice, rock sugar and limestone cave. Palate has honey drizzle over fresh croissant, dried lemon and dehydrated tart green apple slice. Bubbles are fine but still present.
