7 year old Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay. Alive and well. Still showing vibrant acid with prominent citrus peel. Round and full, this wine is most likely at its peak now, but will probably continue to be good for several more years.

Great fruit. Pineapple and clean slate flavor.

Nose with layers of baked white fruits and white flowers compounded by lovely chalk and wet loam notes leads into a rich yet elegant palate of classic chardonnay fruits and a polished finish.

Didn’t really care for this wine, but I think it’s personal taste. A very light Chardonnay, 0% butter. Very oaky, quite acidic, a LOT of green apple on both the nose and palate. Unique Chardonnay again. I’d like to try it again with food.

This has held up very well. Pristine orchard fruit flavors in tandem with roasted nuts and lively acidity. Could easily pass for Premier Cru juice from Chablis. Crack em open if you got em!

Growing a one of my favorite CA chards. Very Burgundian in style.

Great minerality with citrus and smoke through the finish. The bottle aged mellowed out what was clearly a SHITTON of oak at one point.

Really interesting. More tart than a typical charrdy. There is wood and cream, with a woody finish. But not overwhelming oak. A soft mouthfeel. Gets more tart as it opens. Peachy and some fruit. Different taste each time.
