This 2013 Chardonnay is sourced from a single vineyard in Bremerton, Langhorne Creek is Australia, the wine matured in French oak barriques for 12 months and during this time undergone Bâtonnage. The result is a delicious surprisingly fresh Chardonnay with a light gold color a tempting nose of lime, grapefruit and minerals, a medium body lightly creamy and fresh, with a fine finish. My score 87, drink to 2020.

Full, creamy, spice - beyond that it needs a little more to make it of further interest.

Single vineyard estate grown fruit fermented and matured in French oak barrels and lees stirred for complexity. Lemon curd, textural mouthfeel and finished with a fine acid structure.
