Very dark berries, dark purple, violet, fine tannin, savory, high acidity and high tannin, high alcohol, quite spicy, great concentration and long finish. — 4 years ago
"Vineyards nurtured with care and sure premium fruit for this regionally expressive shiraz. It has a deep vibrant color and offers distinctive varietal characters of lifted white pepper aroma, dark berry fruits, plum and spice, supported by a layered, well balanced palate and persistent finish." — 5 months ago
Delicious. Yum. — 3 years ago
My new favourite! The bâtonnage technique results in a smoky berry afterglow with each sip. Perfect with aged hard cheese. So good I had to share outside the app! — 7 years ago
Admittedly a cab fan and this wine will not disappoint. It’s big, rich, savory notes that go well with BBQ. Fruit forward, smooth, medium plus acidity and tannins. Great great wine. — 10 months ago
I like almost all of Bremerton’s range. This one is not a standout sparkling Shiraz but it is smooth and tasty. You’ll be through the bottle quicker than you realize. — a year ago

Single vineyard estate grown fruit fermented and matured in French oak barrels and lees stirred for complexity. Lemon curd, textural mouthfeel and finished with a fine acid structure.
