Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

Tart - Apple/grapefruit taste. Excellent with cheese and crackers. Roast pork with a pear based sauce and roasted carrots. Very enjoyable!

Floral, citrus, and grass on the nose. Grapefruit, lime and tangerine on the palate, and a decent finish. It's not a long finish but also doesn't end abruptly.

Nice and fruity, no alcohol kick just nice and smooth

This is a very Apple oriented Sauv Blanc. It was fantastic with a lightly seasoned halibut that was done as Latin American dish.

Nose of orange peel and jasmine. Taste is tart lines, mineral and honeysuckle. Finish is dry and burns a bit.

Crisp with citrus notes. Very nice

Cool label with the sheep down under. Still not chilled enough. White grapefruit.
