Floral, citrus, and grass on the nose. Grapefruit, lime and tangerine on the palate, and a decent finish. It's not a long finish but also doesn't end abruptly.

This is a very Apple oriented Sauv Blanc. It was fantastic with a lightly seasoned halibut that was done as Latin American dish.
