Stunning. So complex.

One of the most complex and powerful southwestern whites I’ve had. So much good round acid, and minerals, forming the shape and layers of an entire lemon in the mouth: juice, pith, zest, seeds. All this sanded down by the slightest wood. Honeycomb and beeswax sweetness, lychee fatness on the palate. Beautiful sunny yellow color and taste. Develops, and gets flavors of white cherries or cherry flowers and some brown sugar on the nose. I could drink for hours.

Nose : smoky.

Palate: smoky orchard fruits. Almost a vin Jaune vibe.
