Well balanced. On the nose it has that cheesy lemons with mineral rock smell to it. It's clean and bright on the palette and the acid is well balanced and not puckering

2014. Somewhere between Pouilly Fumé and Cali Sauv Blanc = Ripeness and freshness. Very pleasant, clean and direct.

Zesty SB with some tomatillo notes, it paired well with an enchilada soup I made but I don’t know that I’ll be reaching for this on the reg.
