Nice bubbles, easy on the tongue. A bit of acidity ( that doesn’t bother much). Flavour stays in the mouth for quite a long time. A very pleasant drink.

Serious lather. Pretty. Good value.

Deep caramel, toasty edges, lemon sorbet. This is a complete dream, how on earth is it less than 20 quid? Assume the producer is in the midst of remortgaging their property so buy now before the whole enterprise collapses....

Pear apple, brioche notes... well contained acidity, complexity and relative length. Pleasant for an aperitif. Vintage 2018, how does it age over 5 years? 🧐

Pomme poire, notes briochées... acidité bien contenue, complexité et longueur relative. Agréable pour l’apéritif. Millésimé 2018, comment ça vieillit sur 5 ans?

Excellent, was worth waiting! biscuit, cream, gingerbread on the mouth, very chic and refined bubbles !
