Tonight I have decided to open the 2018 Famille Bourgeois Les Juenes Vignes Sancerre Pinot Noir Rosé. 100% Pinot Noir from Chavignol in the Loire Valley.
The nose has gorgeous aromas of strawberry, watermelon, orange peel, raspberry, red currant and minerality.
The palate has beautiful red fruit of strawberry, raspberry, orange peel, minerality and wet flint.
The wine is medium bodied that has a beautiful color of reddish pink that is clean, fresh, crisp with medium + acidity that leads into a long fresh red fruit and mineral finish. Heading into the weekend so please be safe. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷
