Tasted again two months later, surrounded by different wines and had a different impression. Smokey aroma with black pepper notes. Round and soft mouthfeel but with structure coming through, raspberry fruit is quite faint, tannins in the back of the mouth and fading reasonably.

Jun 11th, 2018Smells of oak. Very rounded and slick, with a softness and a lot of berries. Mild tannins with a bit of a decent finish. But seems a bit simple and straightforward.

2010 vintage. Great on day 2. A bit too harsh and young, although cannot leave the light-body and summery fruity aromas unmentioned.
