A wonderful combo of crushed berries and minerals on the nose. Its still a youngster so not showing as well as its older siblings another 3-5 cellar. Crisp pinot fruit with a bit of oak and spice in the mouth.

Wonderful, silky, tender as air. Great bottle. This actually changed my opinion on Volnay a bit. Great fruit, cherry, strawberry and enough acidity to balance. Very much like it!

Feb 21st, 2015Lacks fruit and weight. Other than that, nice, earthy, aromatic, dark fruit and cassis in the nose. It feels like it's past its time which is not correct, but the feeling is exactly the same.
