Ahhh...now we’re talking. Like a Sancerre - a little less mineral and a little more lime type citrus. Fennel flower. Clean and clear. Good acidity but not sharp. Really enjoy.

Not a white drinker but this one was excellent. We cooked risotto with it and then drank it with dinner... crisp but not overpowering.
