Apr 5th, 2017Pale straw appearance. Full nose. Ripened green fruit at nose. Great draw back. Subtle finish. I know this is the real deal in whites- but I am getting a hint of butter. Not CA crazy cream, but the finish presents some butter that really reveals the other flavors of the wine.

Sep 20th, 2017Smooth, long finish, hint of butter. Excellent chard, especially with the seafood tower at Ruth's Chris.
