An aged 🥀 é. Lovely light pink with a hint of peach color. Smells strange in a nice change of pace kinda way. Hint funky like wet soil or a winter vegetable slaw. Flavors are lovely. Crisp and assertive. Bit of strawberry essence (not sweet). Little rhubarb. Like a nice strawberry rhubarb pie 🥧 in the mouth. Also a hint of tannin makes it nicely balanced. This might be one of my favorite rosés of all time. Drinks like a full and complex wine with hints of lighter reds and fuller whites in the mix.

Nose of melon and red berries. Looks like watermelon juice. Nice crisp flavor. Very dry with tartness and minerality to spare. A great CA rosé.
