Aaaa, the wonderful taste of mature Grenache. This wine is just entering its maturity plateau, it has many more years of evolution ahead of it. Wonderful persistent flavours go on an on for several minutes. Wait a couple more years before opening the next one.

This is embryonic but with so much potential. Nose is full of strawberry compote and mushroom. Palate is tightly wound but already complex and very balanced. Sweet red and black fruit, umami, porcini mushroom,. Lots of fine tannin and good splash of acid. Great balance. Like all great wines in the making, it changes with every sip. Will hunt this down. Superb.
