Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2009 DOCG, 14.5%. Extraordinary nose, very elegant, a little alcoholic, with scents of licorice root, flowers and red fruits. Elegant in the mouth too, maybe a little young, but with excellent acidity and body. 86/100

Wonderful and enjoyed with another 2007 from this zone. Very smooth and drinking perfectly, however could hold for another 5years.

08' was just spot on lovely. Easter Sunday lunch in Montepulciano. Interesting small producer, quite unusual but so smooth.
