Tried this again recently, a bit better than last taste. Pale lemon with steady bubble flow. Aromas of crisp stone and citrus fruits. On the palate ripe stone fruit flavors with notes of citrus. Medium finish, lively acidity and good balance. Great for mimosa's. Tasting Sample.

Jul 28th, 2021Tried this about year and half ago, from my notes was better. Pale lemon with ok bubbles. Fresh crisp fruit aromas. On the palate ripe stone fruit flavors with a touch of citrus. The finish is about medium, had lively acidity and good balance. Great for mimosa's. Tasting Sample.

I like Cava’s but not this one. Everything was off. I would only use this to make a mimosa.

Not dry not sweet, sort of medium slight tang (or zip) weird smell (Matthew thinks 8 and Katra cant decide)

For a cava less than 10 bucks. Its not to bad. Good fizz, big pear note and medium plus acidity.not my favorite but a great value cava.
