Jun 17th, 2023Killer super Tuscan. My favorite kind, with a good amount of Sangiovese in it. Mouth watering.

Jun 11th, 2020Needs to be decanted and likely also needs more time in bottle.

Feb 18th, 2019Best decanted takes a bit to open up. Fragrances of grass and clover finishes with pepper but really not that exciting maybe 2013 is not ready yet

Ruby red and long legs in the glass, it is medium bodied with chewy tannins. Highly rated by Wine Spectator, higher than the “experts” on here. Decant or leave open in a glass for 20 minutes before drinking. 👍🏻

A great complement to nearly any Italian meal. If decanted for a couple hours, my bet is most of the other lower rated reviews would be much improved. Doesn’t need more bottle time. Just needs to be enjoyed! (And it requires food to bring out its depth and character the most! If I may be so bold, I recommend your favorite pasta with Emeril’s vodka sauce. Cannot beat it.)
