Nose is brimming with fruit and yeast. Peach, apple, ginger, mineral, almond and toast on the palate. Pleasant mousse. 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir. Enjoyable yeasty, nutty Champagne.
