Even though it was only $14, it just doesn’t stand out in any way. It’s passable though. Neutral pairing for puckery foods.

Correct for the varietal and style. Excellent weeknight drinking for $10. Good structure, velvety. Tannins present but softened.

Hated this wine at first sip. 15 minutes into the bottle, we all are shocked at the change. Now, I am happy to say this is a very drinkable Rioja.
