A flat-out stunning nose. Plum, black cherry, a hint of menthol, pine needles, graphite, earth, very smooth and rounded on the palate. Harmonious. Cool and focused with iron and hints if tobacco. Still quite young but definitely at a sweet spot right now, and probably for much longer

Oct 31st, 2022Dark cherry, plum, some sour notes, a slight smokiness, violets, iron, graphite. The palate is absorbing- deep and rich but with enough salinity and savory notes to not make it overblown. Seamless, textured like velvet and long and intense. Great stuff.

Whoa! Could age for another decade easily. Aromas of sweet ripe cherry and cedar. Elegant flavors are a bit sweet and spicy redolent of bright cherry, pomegranate and baking spices. Structured tannins and a protracted finish. Stunning!
