Gorgeous. Floral. Powerful. Rich. Mouthwatering acidity. Perfect structure. Needs 10-15 more years.

Damn, just fabulous. Perhaps the highest and best use of American oak, which complements the rich but nuanced dark fruit, it combines power and agility like an All-Pro linebacker. Great now and it will likely continue to be for at least another 20 years.

Quite primary and bright red and blue fruit. On the palate clear sour notes, with soft vanilla oak and a lovely persistent midpalate. Needs a bit of time in glass. An hour later more settled. Good, bug young
