Blend of 95% Tempranillo with 5% Garnacha and Graciano, aged for 26 months in new French oak, 70 year-old vines. Deep Ruby color with aromas of fruit, earthy spiced and woodsy notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry and plum with cedar, tobacco, leather and smoky notes. Fine tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit, tobacco, toasty cedar and earthy mineral character.

Absolutely gorgeous bouquet! Rose petals, lavender, sweet cherries, and a touch of vanilla. Supple entry on the palate with a smooth mouthfeel and lingering finish with lots of fruit and more vanilla. Beautifully structured wine.

Deep ruby wine. Notes of blackberry, black cassis, black cherry, blueberry, anise, fennel seed, dark chocolate, vanilla, nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon, cedar, leather, and earth. Delicious, full-bodied, well-balanced. All of the structural elements are there. Vintage 2016. ABV 14.5%.

Tempranillo with a touch of Garnacha. Amazing nose, sweet cherry vanilla. Then taste is complex with dark cherry and blackberry, vanilla, oak, toast, leather. Tannins stronger that I expected. It’s 2014 but tastes young. I will give it some time.

Deep ruby hue. Moderate extraction. Nose offers fresh black fruit, baking spices, nutmeg, cardamom, coriander, clove, anise, licorice, vanilla, cedar, leather, delicate smokiness and dark chocolate. Strong tannins on the palate. Long finish.
