Corte B Malbec Blend

Big wine at 15.1% abv which was pretty well integrated. The color was clear and violet. The flavor lacked the complexity and concentration of the #corte #a The wine was overwhelmed by notes of freshly kneaded and rising bread. Interesting but not exciting #bodegavistalba #argentina #malbec #blend

Deep ruby color. Earthy aromas of sage, lavender, leather, tobacco, and dried plums. Medium + body, medium + tannins, with additional flavors of sweet fruitcake, cherry, and brandy. Medium + finish, with lots of room to improve with bottle age. Such a powerful expression of what Argentina does best!

Visited this winery in Mendoza, so it was a pleasant surprise to find on the shelves of a Bevmo. Tastes of prune and a little vanilla, rounded with a dash of cocoa make this Malbec, Cab, Bonarda blend a great wine.

Very balanced smooth wine. Silky tannins, consistent throughout. Mildy sweet with berry flavors in the middle. Very drinkable

Uhh great. So fine and delicate that could enlighten a "corvina negra" as I tried it.
