Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Una Cepa means one vine as it takes one vine to make one bottle, aged for 18 months in two types of oak. Deep Ruby with aromas of berry fruits, herbs, spice and sweet cedar. On the palate flavors of cherry and strawberry with black pepper, dry herbs, leather and vanilla oak. Fine tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit, spice and oak.

A very fine Ribera. Some red fruit hints through the blackberries, cassis and cranberries. Drunk too young

Savory with nice acidity. Charcoal, grilled mushrooms, wet leaves with a nice long finish. Elegant earthiness. Good price point, too!

Nos lo ofrecen “comparándolo” al pago de carta ovejas y no defrauda. Barrica. Equilibrado. No sé si recomendar más el vino o el restaurante. Me encanta.

Perhaps my bottle was corked, but this wine was completely washed out in flavor and just without any character. Disappointing.
