A 100% Tempranillo wine, Ruby color, I noticed aromas of black cherries and raspberries with some smoky spicy. Aged for 14 months in French and American Oak, the palate showed complex flavors of sweet ripe red/blue berry fruit, with current undertones, medium acidity, soft tannins and slight tangy cedar/tobacco finish. Very enjoyable, especially the price. Tremendous Spanish wine value. Tasting Sample.

Wild berry, earth spice, bit of pickle barrel, minerality, hint of tar, med tannin and cocoa on the finish. Doing some justice with filet and sautéed mushrooms. Pardon the paper plate, feeling a bit lazy :)

Not much on the nose but wow on the flavor! I’d wager this wine is at or close to at its peak. Deliciously smooth; very little tannins. Also, for under $22 I feel like I got a steal!

Weird... If it was a blind taste, I'd swear this was young. As a 2010, I am unpleasantly surprised. A Sambuca nose. With clove or some Christmasy spice. Not digging it. Maybe it will pair with this fish but I'm not optimistic. Big letdown after starting the night with a bottle of Veuve. Shout out to peeps @Bill Bender and @Shay Aldriedge And @Kimberly Anderson .
