Wine should be like prescription drugs: take with food. Currently having this with spaghetti and meatballs. The food really brings out the beauty of this wine. Depadre saved me from a stretch of mediocre Spanish wines. Perfect amount of forest fruit. The finish is big. Your palate won't forget this.
