So far so good. Just opened and letting it sit. Dark fruit with some mint and cedar. Fairly acidic and tannic at first. One hour in fantastic marzipan turning to tar and camphor. Day two still tarry nose and fairly acidic mouthfeel. Happy to let it sit. — 5 years ago
