Boca: seco, Acidez M, Tanino M/M+ pero integrados y sedosos, Alcohol M/ M+. Largo en boca.
Muy buen balance. Ya muestra tonos de aromas terciarios. Puede tomarse o guardar.

After the 09 Roda I last week I'm revisiting the 08 @ £40 😎 91-92 now but will be 94-95 in a few years 👍 excellent Rioja Reserva value - chocy mocha Jammy cherry goodness 😉

2008 Roda I Tempranillo. Lunch at RW. Drank alongside the '89 Solaia. This wine was excellent. Decanted before serving- abt 30 min before pouring. It's def a big wine, but not too tannic or acidic. Fruity, chewy and threat w rich foods- chicken liver toast, wings, red sauce pizza. Excellent.

Feb 20th, 2017(16/20) Довольно насыщенный аромат спелой сладкой вишни с нотами кокоса, скорлупы лесного ореха и скотного двора. Высокая кислотность, интенсивные, гладкие, ещё сухие танины. Ягодное во вкусе. Добротное, но не слишком сложное вино.

nice and smooth rioja, kinda shiraz-esk with menthol, eucalyptus and blueberry. slightly lactic, but hooray: really, really better again than 2007!

Jan 24th, 2016Toasted, meaty notes on the nose. Tastes of fried, buttery pork, coffee, vanilla, plums, herbs. A lovely, deep experience that could last me an entire evening.
