Modern style, faded green apple, not much else in the way of aromatics - a bit hot on the finish.

Medium golden color, ripe yellow apples, fleshy, mild acidity so seems a bit without direction. Interesting aging potential though. As it warms and opens, get some baking spices, seashells, candied lemon peels.
