Good value, on the fruity (red mostly) side pf Rioja, well handled oak and good body to it. Pleasant

Medium ruby; medium plus intensity aromas of black cherry, red plum, pomegranate, cinnamon, cloves, leather, earth, mushroom; dry, medium plus acid, medium tannins, high alcohol, medium plus body, medium intensity flavors consistent with aromas; medium plus finish, very well integrated, well balanced, complex with primary, secondary and tertiary aromas, very good

Pleasant wine. He sent Blackearth showing. Balanced and a nice, soft, finish.

Graphite, oak, plum and leather, in that order. Tannins on the aggressive side. Big wine for happy hour.

Aroma seemed to start a bit sulfuric, but once it aired out a bit, this is a great wine for the price.

Deep Ruby. Subdued notes of raspberry, mineral and earth. Still developing. Sweet fruits on the palate with brambly characters and a caramel note from the oak. Medium finish. A good wine which will develop in the short term.
