Bold minerality and high acidity but just the right balance, quite complex. Color is very pale yellow, almost a pale green, with Lemon and wet stone on the nose, a long, crisp lingering taste of lemon, honeydew, salty brine and long finish with notes of pepper and subtly funky cheese.

Lovely white. Quite complex. Stony, minerally, herbal, white pepper, bright and crisp. Some tropical hints too without being overdone. Impressive.

Super pure and mineral, lower acidities than the Diego but richer body and more enveloping aromas.

Fruity on the nose, very clean with a slight sweetness. Minerals with a lemon finish.
