Definitely has hit its stride, and is doing its famous Anguiano dance on its dusty American oak stilts. Mary Magdalene would be proud! She's no slut, by the way, just a woman with a reputation for taking too much wood in the winemaking process. Graziano and Mazuelo will vouch for her bad luck of being in the wrong place at the wrong time, and having to bear the weight of misinformed assumptions. This one is a good girl as she spins above the crowds of heavy handed, over oaked Riojas to proclaim her subtle innocence.

Deep ruby color. At the back end of its prime, tannins have mellowed, fruit notes are nice but muted. Light and enjoyable.
