Well balanced with pleasant lively acidity, long finish ending with mineral, citrus, floral and wet stone nuances. Very nice!

White peaches, nectarines and papaya. Intense stone and tropical fruit. This wine really threw me for a loop, I’ve never had such a fruity and creamy Albariño! Nice and salty too. Pretty quality

Sharp on the nose, minerals and lemon.
Heavy minerality on palate as well, but with a sour note like raw oysters in the shell and lemon.
Finish is muted and soft but for sure present.
Aeration mellows things out.
Paired with salmon and hollandaise, wild rice and quinoa, and sauteed greens.
