I'm most familiar with the stellar reds from Juan Gil, and this white blend was a not-so-surprising treat. Peach and violet and citrus dance around with minerals structure and a vibrant mouthfeel. Sorry for the winespeak; it's refreshing and delicious. Nuff said!
