Kinda cheesy label. Sulfite free! Twist off and pretty cheap. This one is 84% Temp and 15% Cab. Dark as night in the glass. Smells like fruit soup, fruit molasses and just ever so slightly of DEET. It’s got a nice mouth feel with lots of tannins and a nice round body. Juicy. It’s a bit tight. Not especially lush or complex. A ‘here it is’ kind of wine. Has a bit of a natural wine vibe, but not as funky. Just lacks the deep cherry, berry of some Spanish stuff. Decent entry in the strange world of certified organic wine out there.

Served too warm, but can’t be helped.
NOSE: cigarette tobacco … sausage casing … Paprika … ketchup … vinegar. I guess this is “organic.” Oyyy.
TASTE: much better than the nose. Thin, but savoury red wine with some spice flavors and an acidic backbone. 88.
