Bodegas Fulcro
Finca A Pedreira Rias Baixas Albariño
High acid, green apples and lemmon notes. Good body, they must have worked the lees, sacrifying a bit the nose. Good value

Jun 19th, 2021Good overall balance, with plenty of muscle. A touch of alcohol at first, mostly faded with air.

Jul 8th, 2023An elevated Albarinio. Powerful nose that contains a bit of everything: apple, pear, melon and a freshness, sharpness, liveliness like a spa water made from the water of an unadulterated mountain stream.
Cellers La Vinya, Gavà

Excellent Albariño. Citrus, minerals. Citrus (lemon) on the palate. Fresh, saline, very vibrant, high acidity

Sep 18th, 2022Really lovely, bracing, somewhat austere Albariño. Reminiscent of muscadet; prominent salinity, with lemon pith and I ripe peaches, some white flower action. Very palate stripping; fierce acidity, stern slate quality.

Jan 4th, 2019The Rias Baixas Albariño with most character we have produced yet. The minerality and saltiness adds a depth to the classic fruity acidity and flowery tones of the region. Best drunk slightly "warm" 10-12C, as opposed to the recommended temperature for other regional wines (4-6C). Think of a stormy autumn night off the Rias Baixas coast, you'll feel the saltiness and sharp pine citrus of the maresía, the minerals of the earth and the chill in your bones.
