fresh (2022) albarinio from galicia. perfectly balanced with fabulous acidity, crispy. rias baixas is the land touching the ocean and this is reflected here: minerals, salt, saline, green apple, lime, lemon. everything so nicely composed. really good stuff!!! want to drink it again.

An elevated Albarinio. Powerful nose that contains a bit of everything: apple, pear, melon and a freshness, sharpness, liveliness like a spa water made from the water of an unadulterated mountain stream.

Really lovely, bracing, somewhat austere Albariño. Reminiscent of muscadet; prominent salinity, with lemon pith and I ripe peaches, some white flower action. Very palate stripping; fierce acidity, stern slate quality.
