Deep gold in color; lemon, yellow apples, and apricot on the nose; high acidity; tastes like lemon peel, chamomile, and that brut champagne flavor with a medium finish.

Pale straw color

Aromas of brioche, lemon, mushroom.
Dry. Flavors of lemon, brioche.

Great cava. Soft and delicate. Not aggressive like some cheaper cavas. Green apples and lots of floral notes. Great for summer.
