Clear, straw yellow with stone tropical and citrus aromas and a bit of floral spice. On the palate rich flavors of green apple, lemongrass, lime, melon and hints of mango. Aged for 3 years on the lees and batonage, you can almost taste the stormy Atlantic. Well integrated acidity with a lingering finish ending with citrus and mineral notes. Very nice!

Even after give years, full of energy. Started out pretty angry and disjointed but with some air took on weight. Rich stone fruit and flowers shot up with very bright acid.
