My new favorite bottle! Light melon, dried lemons, lees aromas in a very subtle nose. Delicate wine in the mouth, so easy to swallow, clean and polished, zero phenolics in texture (Yeah!!). No added S02. (Yeah!) Ends with lingering fruit like under ripe white peach and fresh acidity. WOW! This one will not appeal to a great majority of California wine consumers however it is exactly the kind of white wine that gets my attention these days. Quiet and demanding a calm mind this one reminds me of the Miles Davis tune “Freddie Freeloader” in that it leaves enough space between the notes

I taste a subtle delious apple flavour at the forefront. Would pair well with fruit and cheese as it's not super pronounced or bold. Pretty great for a $14 bottle of wine.
