Pale to mid Lemon in colour. On the nose florals with old apple notes and honey nuances. No detectable oak influence. Medium bodied with good refreshment factor. Low acid - an excellent quaffer.

APPEARANCE
Clear, lemon-green pale intensity
NOSE
Clean, fully developed, medium intensity pear, lemon zest citrus, and floral blossom
PALATE
Dry, high acidity, medium- bodied, medium alcohol, medium flavor intensity of stony minerality, fresh lemon citrus and a touch of honey on the long finish
CONCLUSIONS
Good quality, the basic wine from Castro Martin and it shows as varietal aromas and flavor character is less obvious, "Sobre Lias" aged on its lees for 5-6 months, Drink now, not suitable for aging or further aging, Mid-priced
