Tres Picos Campo de Borja Garnacha

Bright, medium weight (though with 14.5% abv it's full bodied) and packed with juicy strawberry, violet and black cherry fruit, smoke and a hint of bacon dusted in white pepper. This is a terrific value

Nice Ruby red color with black fruit aromas with sweet spice notes. The palate opens up to cherry and blackberry flavors, cacao and spicy tones. Full-bodied, good balance, fine dry tannins, medium finish ending with sweet notes of earthy leather. Nice value.

This gem has become a little too rich for my blood at $14.49. Dark red ripe fruit, baking spice and all too apparent wood adjuncts. Nevertheless pairs perfectly with airstream life, xtra cracked black pepper and season three of Peaky Blinders.

A more chocolately version of the less expensive wines by this winery. Full and round. Another nice value in this lineup.

A single varietal Grenache. Very impressive. Takes hours to open up, but then it is a smooth, subtle, and well integrated wine.
