Bodegas Borsao
Garnacha
Pretty average stuff. Though labelled as Garnacha, there’s a sizeable glug of Syrah in here and I can’t see why. You notice its presence, and it detracts somewhat from what could otherwise be a decent single varietal.

Feb 5th, 2019Deep red with purple tones. Strong aromas of Berry fruit with spicy notes. On the palate blackberry and ripe cherry support the earthy spices, a touch of tobacco and cacao. Grainy tannins grace the finish, which is a bit drying. Nice wine for under $10!

Jun 13th, 2017Great taste for good price.
Smell full of cranberries and roses, sweet taste in the beginning with minor notes of acid.
Highly recommended with fruits and cheese.
