Nov 23rd, 2017Initially very pleasant but tight. After being open for a day, this wine achieved a lovely and delicate oxidative fruity nose and palate with great acid structure. It has complexity it did not have when first opened. A really lovely food wine.

1 person found it helpfulApr 6th, 2017I love this wine. This still wine echoes its bubbly cousin Cava in several ways; the beautiful rich, old gold color and the nutty, yeasty nose. It had a really long full finish loaded with burn caramel. This is the perfect wine for Thanksgiving dinner.

Apr 20th, 2017Racy acidity, gravel, Mayer lemon, tangerine, slightly yellow peach and apricot, slightly touch of oak. 50% Albillo, 50% macabeo. Doesnt show a lot of perfumed aromas of jasmine and honey.
