A terrific sparkling wine from low yield vineyards (2.2 tons/acre), low dosage (7 g/l) and nine months on the lees to give a savory edge to the finish. Very crisp, excellent mousse. Peach, apple and a lively bit of mineral and herbaceousness. Terrific for a holiday aperitif, and a good value

Tasty but it has that unpleasant spanish sparkling wine industrial taste. I don’t know what’s up with that.

Nice and dry, nice crisp finish.

Never had a sparkling Albariño before. Creamy, lightly toasted almonds. Recognizable as Albariño, but would be really tough blind.
