Stewed plums. Tart but goes well with food - I had a mushroom pesto pappardelle. Think of the taste of aged, caramelized watermelon... That's lingering in there too.

I had this wine with the Fishwife's Stew at Local Ocean Seafood and they were great together!! Rich broth and a fruity wine. Yum!
