Never tried Pesquera before, despite its popularity. Pretty nice. Old garden shed, butter, vanilla, salt on the nose. Fumy. Quite tannic, sandy but in nice way. Feels older; perhaps at best now.

Best of the bunch. Very easy to drink, seems calmer, could age for a long time, great w food but doesn't have to have it. Herbaceous yet baking from both oaks
